Ez Cook – Refund & Return Policy
At Ez Cook, we are committed to delivering high-quality kitchenware that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased under clearance or special sale (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Return Shipping
- For defective or wrong products: Ez Cook will bear the return shipping cost
- For other returns: Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery
